Absolutely amazing. Great vets, always made to feel at ease and thats both myself and my cats! Extremely caring and welcoming. They are all great, I've seen a few professionals now including vets and vet nurses, all just incredible

All the staff in the Camborne branch from the receptionists Matt and Courtney, the nurse Gemma and the Vet Emily made a traumatic time more bearable with the care and kindness they all showed to us and our dog Darcy. At no point did we ever feel that they didn’t have ours and our dogs best interest at heart and every step was explained fully. Never have we felt so trusting in people to look after, with kindness and respect, our dog as we did with all the staff. We are truly grateful for the kindness shown to us and our dog Darcy, Truly Wonderful people.

Extremely pleased with the service I received for Bracken. Bracken was seen in the afternoon by vet who explained the options and Bracken had his operation and now on the road to recovery. All the staff were brilliant. Thank you

Went to register my new kitten and the lady was so kind and gentle with her. She didn't scare her or anything (and my kitten gets scared easily). I have just started my "membership" £15.50 a month plus £5 starting fee everything's included and even get 10% to 20% discounts on a couple things (can't quite remember). Defintally a bargain.
