We received an excellent service from Penbode Vets in Camelford. The staff and vets are very friendly and professional. The lovely receptionists were so helpful, ahead of our visit, with our frightened (ex-feral) boy. The nurse and vet kindly called us a few times to keep us up to date during his tests/treatment and also afterwards to see how our cat was doing. Everything was explained to us. Thank you so much.

Lovely friendly practice, seen promptly and my boy was thoroughly assessed. Not sure his happy he was about that, but I was. Thank you. Really reassuring to find a practice very like my old one.

My experience with Penbode vets was excellent. I was very impressed with the friendly reception staff and the knowledge and efficiency of Nick, the vet who saw my anxious dog. He wasn't fazed at all by my dog's protests and was happy to share money saving tips with me for his treatment. Outstanding practice, thank you.

I made an appointment for our dog Millie who had lost weight over the past two months. We were seen on time. Following a thorough examination of Millie and a chance for me to ask questions a plan of treatment was discussed and explained to me in detail. This was reassuring and Millie underwent the first part of the treatment. She seemed happy when she came back and quite settled. Feedback on the test results was arranged and overall our time at the vets went smoothly. The staff were very professional and made sure that Millie was comfortable throughout the visit.

We were very pleased to meet Olivia for the first time with our cat and dog. Our dog is very nervous when visiting the vets but Olivia took time and patience to make friends with Millie and won her over with kindness and dog treats. She was also very thorough detecting a heart murmur in Phoebe and following a blood test we now have an ongoing diagnosis. Her approach to us was very professional but friendly. We would definitely ask for her again. Thank you Olivia 🙂
