Just added both my cats to Hayle Veterinary Surgery, and very happy I made this choice. Front of house staff are all extremely friendly and helpful, were very good at getting us setup, handling questions and updating our information. On our initial visit with both our kitties, we received great advice, and have managed to resolve a couple of issues we've had for a long time with one of our cats, which was never picked up with our last vets of 12 years. Would recommend

I went to Hayle Veterinary Surgery for a second opinion for my dog they phoned me to tell me my dog had aggressive cancer they did a fantastic job to get it all out and she is now living her best life she as healed very well and is now back to acting like a puppy at 12 so pleased I went and the lady at the desk gave me advice about my bill fantastic vets fantastic team

Hayle vets are amazing! I took my hamster in as she had developed a lump, without her being registered previously they got her in within the day and scheduled surgery the day after. After the surgery she worsened and I was a very anxious mum and kept taking her in and every time they were incredible so compassionate and kind. Sadly things didn’t work out for my baby but they kept her comfortable and were so reassuring to me and nice. I couldn’t ask for better vets truly.

Fast friendly reception desk, excellent safe parking immediately outside, friendly attentive vets, who remember & are interested in your pets, a lovely friendly approach from everyone at the surgery - I would highly recommend Hayle Vets.

I was with another vet which I won’t name as they wasn’t terrible but when my dog needed life saving surgery they was not willing to accept a payment plan despite being with them for years, I was beside myself as my dog literally had hours to live. Hayle vets didn’t even care about the discussion of money, it was more important to them to get my dog in straight away and they saved her life. It was then discussed after about the money and they were more than happy to take a payment plan so without hesitation they are now my vets and I owe them everything. Thank you so much Hayle vets and to the fantastic manager Stephen who my dog loved yet can be very funny with people she doesn’t know. I highly recommend them ❤️

Very friendly staff and what a fantastic team. We are down on holidays with our dog, who unfortunately became unwell, due to a mixture of over doing it on the beach and too much salt water. After a couple of days rest he was still not right, so I called Hayle Veterinary Surgery and explained my dogs symptoms. The staff were fantastic and booked him straight in for a consultation. Within 30 minutes of calling the Hayle Veterinary Surgery, our dog had been seen, checked over by the vet and given some medicine to help him. An amazing service and thank you for looking after my dog.
