Great service as always, staff friendly and professional. I moved house and now travel 26 miles to go there, in my opinion they are the best vets in Cornwall. Keep up the great service and thank you for looking after my pets.

Fast friendly reception desk, excellent safe parking immediately outside, friendly attentive vets, who remember & are interested in your pets, a lovely friendly approach from everyone at the surgery - I would highly recommend Hayle Vets.

I was with another vet which I won’t name as they wasn’t terrible but when my dog needed life saving surgery they was not willing to accept a payment plan despite being with them for years, I was beside myself as my dog literally had hours to live. Hayle vets didn’t even care about the discussion of money, it was more important to them to get my dog in straight away and they saved her life. It was then discussed after about the money and they were more than happy to take a payment plan so without hesitation they are now my vets and I owe them everything. Thank you so much Hayle vets and to the fantastic manager Stephen who my dog loved yet can be very funny with people she doesn’t know. I highly recommend them ❤️

Very friendly staff and what a fantastic team. We are down on holidays with our dog, who unfortunately became unwell, due to a mixture of over doing it on the beach and too much salt water. After a couple of days rest he was still not right, so I called Hayle Veterinary Surgery and explained my dogs symptoms. The staff were fantastic and booked him straight in for a consultation. Within 30 minutes of calling the Hayle Veterinary Surgery, our dog had been seen, checked over by the vet and given some medicine to help him. An amazing service and thank you for looking after my dog.

Friendly and CARING vet practice. I help at a wild animal rehab and have experience with many local vet practices. Hayle Vets have always shown exceptional kindness to animals which is why I chose them over any other to look after my cats.

Consistently excellent service from Hayle Vets. With a wide variety of experiences from simple check-ups, routine operations, total emergencies and of course, having my much loved companions PTS, all the staff have been nothing less than wonderful. I am an overly panicky person about my animal's health and the whole team seem to know how to deal with me very well! It is very reassuring to know my animal's health care is in their hands. I truly cannot recommend them highly enough.
