I spoke to a receptionist, called Lisa, to register my 2 cats and she was so lovely! Very kind and helpful too. She went through all the necessary details with me, which I loved as my previous previous vets (my second previous vets) were not all that good. So it reassures me that these ones are doing their jobs correctly! I will be able to put 5 stars when I go in for my cats first visits and I like what I see.

My little dog died shortly after a procedure at this practice, she was then disregarded and dismissed as if she never existed. They showed no empathy or acknowledgement for her death. I received my request for information four months later, only after I’d contacted Customer Support. The report was eye opening and upsetting, still lacking any concern or compassion for my pet. She was registered here for nearly nine years yet she was treated like nothing, just another number on their system. I have unfortunately experienced a different side to this practice since her death. I would advise anyone offered a BAL procedure here to seriously consider if it is really necessary. Don’t be too quick to trust people.

First visit today, went very well.. welcoming reception and very accommodating. Excellent consultation, explained everything, and my very nervous husky relaxed ! Went shopping in the store, and he selected a treat of his choice lol. Very useful socialising space.

Lovely staff and compassionate. Flexible with the bookings and the staff really were great when my dog was put down. They allowed us to enter discreetly and leave without having to walk through the store. They also allowed us to only go into the room where it hadn't happened so that future visits weren't traumatic
