Was not happy with the way they treated my Harv, keep pushing for treatments that are not necessary Was asked to leave, so have done and was going to anyway. Some of the vets are good some not very good at all

Apart from animal charities, it must be one of the hardest jobs in the world watching real animal lovers lose their family or having to give awful news, so hats off to all of you. Ive been here for the cats injections and the horrible times, and going through a horrible time right now, but I know puss is in great hands, the only reason I haven't given a 5 star is because sometimes I find the place a little cold of emotion, but then.. I get that... I guess its hard to say everything will ok sometimes when both parties know it won't be.

On their website they advertise Dog Behaviour Classes, and we were very keen to take our new puppy for the pre-school service, as we just brought her home and wanted to give her the best possible start. I called the practice and after a long conversation was put on hold, for the person to speak to someone about enrolling our dog in those classes. I was absolutely horrified to be told, in a fairly dismissive way, that we would not be able to use that service because our dog is registered with another vets, in town. ***Surely this should not make any difference!*** We would be paying for the classes, and there is NOTHING on their website to say that these classes are only accessible to dogs registered with that practice! I am pretty disgusted, to be honest. This shows much more care about their pockets than caring about the welfare of the dogs and owners who are trying to do their best for their beloved friends. The worst part is that our puppy came from a kennel who uses these vets for their dogs, for microchipping and who recommended them - so our dog has already been their patient!!! I would not recommend them to anyone!

Emergency call 23rd December and a short notice appointment on Xmas eve. Never had a problem getting an appointment. Been registered with them for over 15 years. Pictured dog is very nervous hence a muzzle. He's nervous everywhere but Castle Vets are really patient with him.

Amazing vets, all the staff are professional kind and go above and beyond. I can not praise this practice enough it's the only vets I trust to care for my dogs.

Fantastic practice. Wouldn't go anywhere else now for my goat care. All of my kids disbudded this year proficiently and at my own smallholding which is a tremendous asset. Thank you!
