We're here on holiday & our cockapoo has developed a sore, irritable ear. Cornish Paws saw our boy really quickly & provided caring, professional treatment to ease his discomfort. Would thoroughly recommend this practice.

Absolutely disgraceful. My cat has been missing for seven weeks when this practice put a Facebook post up about a deceased female tortie/calico. After I contacted them and sent photos, I was told they believed the cat was mine and was even sent condolences. You can imagine the heartbreak this caused. When my mum called, they then admitted they weren’t actually sure because the cat had different markings. Naturally, we asked to come and see the cat ourselves and were simply told NO, with an incredibly rude attitude. My cat’s own vets then contacted this practice, and it was confirmed that the deceased cat was not mine. Mistakes happen, but this was handled appallingly. You do NOT tell someone you believe their missing pet is dead and send condolences when you aren’t even sure. Then to refuse the family the chance to see the cat and speak to them so rudely is completely unacceptable. A complete lack of compassion and basic sensitivity. We were put through unnecessary heartbreak because of the way this was handled. Thankfully, it wasn’t my cat. But I will never forget how this practice treated us.

Just started to use this vets...but from first contact through to having quite serious treatment for our dog, we have been impressed with their compassion, friendliness and professionalism. Took lots of time to talk to us about treatment and recovery.

Always had good experiences at Cornish Paws despite my dog being an infrequent visitor! Reasonably priced and always try and make it as affordable as they can. All vets, nurses, receptionists I’ve had contact with have been very helpful and knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend.
