This, was our first time at this vets, with a very very nervous collie, there was a lovely warm welcome from the receptionist, and the vet who saw us, he was very kind and patient with our dog, and listened to our worries, it is a very stressful time for both the dog and myself each year for the dogs booster shots, even when my dog had a moment, the vet was fantastic, very patient and made us feel calm, while he finished his examination, thankyou so much.

Not really sure if my pet saw a vet today or a sales person. I went in because I thought something was wrong with his paws, only to try and be hard sold an echo he doesn’t need and then asked if I wanted flea and worm treatment. He’s a house cat, and also, I get those things done at his yearly check up, which he never misses. I just wanted reassurance that his paws were ok, or treatment if they weren’t.

Good service and efficient when producing my pets ACH. The receptionist was lovely and really chatty. But what a rip off £250 and then after all the paperwork was issued they informed me that the price had gone up to £282-but then who can blame them monopolising on this stupid rule for pet travel!!

Archie my dog was so at ease, not nervous at all. Loved looking at the fish tank, which took his mind off waiting to see the vet. What lovely staff and vet. Nice surroundings and plenty of space in the waiting area. Good garden space too. Best vets I have been too. The vet never rushed the appointment.

Our cat had hurt herself and was seen the same day , a Saturday. The vet who saw her was so kind and gentle with a reassuring manner and a real understanding of cats. She remained calm and relaxed in his care and he examined her very thoroughly and explained everything we needed to know about her condition and its treatment. Thank you for taking such good care of our cat and her people.
