Emergency late night dash they were fantastic with our dog whilst he was poorly on holiday. Follow up appointment next day our vet was brilliant so open and honest the staff are brilliant. Hes now on the mend thankfully.

Had an emergency appointment whilst here on holiday due to our 12 week old Border Collie puppy catching a bug which caused him to stop eating and drinking with very squidgy stools. We phoned the vets for an appointment and were seen within 2 hours! Amazing service. Examined thoroughly by the Vet and prescribed medication which proved to work extremely quickly. Thank you.

Thank you, we were on holiday and our dog Rosie was poorly, we phoned and in less than 30 minutes we saw Lyndsey who was brilliant. She gave us 2 options, nothing pushy at all, she used some AI note taking so she could focus on us and in less than an hour Rosie was perking up. Thank you so much, the facilities there if needed were fantastic and the practice and team were a credit to IVC!

Oh these lovely people are absolutely fantastic. From the moment i made the initial enquiry, to booking, to pre-op assessment, to taking in my most treasured baby and her being looked after, operated on and discharged, every single person was exceptionally kind and had my furry berks best interests clearly at heart. With phone calls at every stage to keep us informed, these were brilliant at soothing my worry and shattered nerves. I cannot praise these lovely people highly enough. If you are numerically biased, its 10/10 or 100% perfect. I have decided that if i ever need another operation myself, im going to start barking and book in here. Thank you, each and every one of you.
