My dog got attacked very badly late in the evening on a walk and panic set in so quickly so I called John and he helped me with contact details immediately for an emergency out of hours vet close by. He was also so kind checking up on me and my dog through the process after her operation. I honestly can’t thank him enough it really meant so much to me!

Excellent! My dog needed to visit the practice whilst we were on holiday as he became unwell. I want to thank them for the kind and helpful consultation. We are back at home now and Teddy seems fully recovered. Such a relief to be able to receive such good help and advice. If I lived nearby they would definitely be my first choice and I will not hesitate to contact them should we need veterinary services whilst in the area again. Huge thanks.

We took our Labrador Ben to see the Carbis Bay team 3 days into our holiday, we were very worried about our dog and almost ready to return home! This practice was superb and gave Ben the medication he needed allowing us to enjoy the remainder of our holiday. Also whilst visiting the practice they had to deal with an emergency case, the response was incredible and they demonstrated compassion and professionalism to the poor lady whose dog had been involved in a road traffic accident. If I lived locally I would not hesitate to register with them. So reassured that they are there, should we ever need to see them on our annual trip to Cornwall.....hopefully not though!!! Thank you so very much.

I think more of my cats than the vast majority of humans I meet everyday so a good vet is a priority. The 3 times I have used this practice I have been impressed by the genuine care that each member of staff has shown. I have left totally reassured on each occasion that my mogs are in good hands
