The latest reviews available to us, however, mostly discuss small-animal care (cats and dogs)—including end-of-life support for cats, a short-notice appointment for a dog, and routine care such as claw clipping and discussing/removing a skin tag/lump—so the public-facing experience described by reviewers doesn’t fully match the farm-only emphasis of the website.
Decision-relevant signals from reviews are mixed: some owners describe long-term continuity and very supportive end-of-life care, while others report serious concerns about administration/insurance paperwork, communication tone around payment, and one account of feeling pressured into euthanasia.

It's a shame I can't give a no star. We left rosemullion after they treated a family members dog so bad. We luckily only ever went for the check ups from our dog being a puppy and being on one of their plans. The first time they ever cut our dogs claws they made her bleed so bad on the first clip, our dog won't let us near her claws now. My dog had a skin tag from about a year old. We asked the vets what it was and they said nothing to worry about, just a skin tag. Well 7 years later we finally get it removed with another vet - when we unfortunately have to do an insurance claim because our poor dog now is having seizures, rosemullion lie to the insurers and say that she has a malicious lump on her side? If it was so bad why did you not offer to remove it 7 years ago when we asked. You claim you love and care for animals but we have not seen any of that in the 7 years we were with you. You didn't even ask why we were leaving. Rudely rang up and asked if we give permission to pass on our details and hung up the phone.

I would give a zero star rating if I could do. After a stressful 6 months of going backwards and forwards in around 30 calls and many emails between the insurance and the practice, the issue lied in an admin error from the vets and them not sending over the correct bill. (Why this took them 6 months to figure out I don’t know, but I was pulling my hair out at the process). Once this had finally settled the outstanding amount after insurance payout was left, which we didn’t know the final amount until this step, and the vets then sent a threatening must pay as the first reminder, to which I replied that I would pay by the end of the month (it was the middle of the month, and had been a heavy one for payments), this was acknowledged, then another threatening email within a week of this, to which I called the practice to clarify I had said I will pay by months end and that was acknowledged, to then recieve yet another threatening must pay within a couple of days of this, so three threatening letters within 2 weeks, to which I emailed expressing how frustrating the process has been and what I had previously clarified, this was not acknowledged or replied to. Then on the 26th of the month an email clearly written by AI of notice of termination of services due to not paying the bill. The process has been extremely stressful and not professional in any manner. As I agreed the final amount was paid by the end of the month, but still no reply to any of my emails. Absolutely shameful practice and really dims the light on the hard work of the vets themselves. Now facing a debt collector for a bill that has now been paid in full, with no emails been replied to, and feeling very bullied by the practice when I had said 3 times I would be paying by the end of the month (which I did). Absolutely appalling customer service and treatment from the admin team.

Provided faultless support for our two cats for nearly 18 years. When the final day came, the entire staff supported us like family. I could not have asked for a more personal, kind and thoughtful service. Really happy to be welcoming our next pets to the same level of care from such wonderful people.
