Good visit to the vets head to head on the 21st Nov. 2025, so kind to both Josie and Rosie my Ragdolls, They had their annual check up and flu jabs, painless they didn't even flinch. Thankyou so much I will recommend them to all my neighbours and friends.

We were greeted with a warm welcome as we arrived. The vet was friendly and had a lovely calm, patient manner with my 15 month old puppy. He answered all my questions professionally and gave some great advise and suggestions going forward. He's a great addition to your practise. The receptionist were friendly, very helpful and gave advise on products. My puppy doesn't worry about coming to Head and Head as he attended puppy socialising classes last year, a great experience. I still use all the advise the practise nurses gave me. Well done everyone, all round service from a friendly, local practise.

I cannot praise Head and Head vets highly enough. Everyone in the practice is friendly and professional and approachable- nothing seemed too much. When our dog developed acute pancreatitis while we were on holiday here the help and support we received was second to none.

We took our cat for his annual booster and check up. We found polite welcoming staff and his vet and the nurses were very patient professional and caring with him. We were very pleased with our visit

We have used H & H for over 16 years and they have cared for our cat and dog. The team are always helpful and thoughtful. We really appreciated the paw prints from our legend of a dog when we had to have him put down with old age. It was a touch of compassion that wasn't expected but so appreciated. We can't thank them enough and highly recommend them.
