We have had the best service. The staff were very knowledgeable and sensitive and did everything to help our dog but unfortunately he had to be put to sleep. They relaxed him and he left us peacefully, which helped us say goodbye.

We were 7-8 hours from home on holiday when our dog got a scratched cornea/problems with her eye after a trip to the beach. We called a few vets who were fully booked but Mounts Bay had availability within an hour which saved us having to pay emergency prices at another vet. They registered us quickly over the phone and got our records from our vet at home. The vet examining her was brilliant, he explained everything clearly and slowly for us and talked us through the 3 medications he was prescribing. One of them we needed to keep refrigerated which was a problem because we were in a campervan without a fridge or coolbox, but the lady behind reception grabbed us a spare ice pack from the back that comes in with their refrigerated deliveries and gave it us in a bag. Everyone was so helpful and were so grateful to have been in this area when needing a vet. Thank you all!
