Amazing practice, receptionists always so kind and helpful and all the vets are simply lovely. All my dogs are happy to come here, and I know that they are being well looked after. Absolutely recommend this practice. I travel out of newquay to come here, as it’s , quite frankly, the best option for my animals, I wouldn’t take them anywhere else.

This is the best veterinary practice I have ever been registered with. The staff are extremely helpful & compassionate.. I recently had to have my little cat put to sleep & Simon, the vet who had been treating her, cane out to do so, so my cat was in the comfort of her home. He was so gentle with her, explaining the process & very empathetic. I would recommend this practice to anyone.

My cats Elvis & Rosie and dog Sadie always feel at ease on their visits to City Road. As a family we have been coming here since the 80s and the care is brilliant! Wouldn’t go anywhere else as the staff go above and beyond. Thank you
