This is a wonderful veterinary practice, everyone is so welcoming and kind. My dogs are rescues so this was taken into account and a big effort was made to make it a positive experience when visiting them for the first time. Our vet was very helpful and thorough and gave me great advice for a couple issues going forward. The nurses were so helpful with their guidance and spent ages with the dogs making them feel at home. I’m really pleased we have registered here!

Amazing practice, receptionists always so kind and helpful and all the vets are simply lovely. All my dogs are happy to come here, and I know that they are being well looked after. Absolutely recommend this practice. I travel out of newquay to come here, as it’s , quite frankly, the best option for my animals, I wouldn’t take them anywhere else.

This is the best veterinary practice I have ever been registered with. The staff are extremely helpful & compassionate.. I recently had to have my little cat put to sleep & Simon, the vet who had been treating her, cane out to do so, so my cat was in the comfort of her home. He was so gentle with her, explaining the process & very empathetic. I would recommend this practice to anyone.

I am very happy with the service my dog and I receive from City Road vets, from the reception team to the veterinary nurses and vets. Always very helpful, understanding and caring.
