I would thoroughly recommend vets4pets Truro. The care help and concern shown by the team is excellent.

Usually go to Falmouth but they had no available vet for an emergency on a Saturday morning and gave us the option of Rosemullion or Truro Vets4Pets. We chose the latter. I can confidently say that our experience at the Truro centre was as helpful and friendly as Falmouth.

I would highly recommend this practice who came and saw my pony out of hours when I was competing away from home at the weekend. The service was excellent and whole situation handled with professionalism and sympathy towards me and my pony.

We have had our dog with Companion Care at Truro for 10 years, they’ve been incredible throughout that time. The reception staff are friendly and helpful, they’ve nurses and vets fantastic and caring. The compassion shown when we thought our wonderful dog was at end of life could not have been better, thankfully he came through that episode. From young dog to his senior years, I cannot fault the service we’ve had.

I just have to share my experience of the service received today. Our elderly dog had declined rapidly and was seen promptly. The vet (I forgot to get her name) was absolutely lovely with us. I was too emotional to speak mostly but she was patient and gave me time and lots of space to be with Honey alone during her last hour. We discussed the limited options and decided what was best for her. The nurse (Alice I believe) then came in armed with a gentle kindness and lots of biscuits. A soft rug was placed on the floor where I could sit next to her. She then offered to give her a jaffa cake! Honey loved her final (normally) forbidden treats and slipped away gently with nothing but love around her. It couldn't have been more peaceful. I will never forget the kindness shown to me today and the care she received in her last beautiful moments on this earth. Thanks team, from the phonecall to appointment you're all just brilliant.

I was supplied antibiotics for my dog the vet gave the first dose and did nt screw the lid on causing it to leak all over my bag when I asked for a replacement I was refused any dog didn’t require the full amount . Massively overpriced at 176 pounds my point was we had paid for that and through no fault of our own we had lost half the bottle . We won’t be returning .

All in all not great They are never on time for any appointments booked. I have visited over 10 times and they are always between 30 and 60 minutes behind schedule with no apology for the delay and the staff on reception aren’t very welcoming. I’d say the level of care given is ok but certainly not that good. Will probably look at taking my 3 dogs to a different practice in the near future.!
