I had to make a terrible decision to have 3 of my whippets pts at the same time Something I had been delaying for sometime They all had their health issues and quite elderly but so bonded with each other that I couldn’t do them individually I asked Lois if she would come to the house as the dogs got so stressed at the surgery I must say Lois and her assistant were absolutely amazing All 3 went together at the same time so as not to cause them any stress It was so quick and painless and they literally just went to sleep These ladies were so professional,kept everything calm and quiet and certainly did not rush They talked us through everything and were very considerate at all times Thank you so much ladies for making this the best experience it could be,we are so very grateful but at the same time heartbroken 💔

Absolutely fantastic vets! A far cry from the one we used to use in Truro. This vet practice is welcoming , knowledgeable and very compassionate going over and beyond. Lovely relaxing atmosphere for our pets with so much thought clearly gone into the layout of the practice. Along with so many other dog walkers in our group (and cat lovers) we highly recommend.

We enjoyed going to this practice when it first opened. Michelle and Felix were fantastic and they were there not long! Soon went down hill when one of my dogs had the BOA surgery on their recommendation to help with white snot coming out of her nose which didn't help.They couldn't figure out why she was having white snot even contacted a vet in Australia to no avail. Another time, Rachel, the owner, was nasty with my dog because he tried to nip at her, she knew he was an anxious and nervous dog but she had no compassion or understanding for our dog. Why in the world is she in this type of business?!

I just can’t rate Edhen highly enough, I joined this vets as was looking for a vets to do a respay on my dog after a not so good experience with previous vets. I was met by vets and vet nurses that made us instantly feel reassured and confident. The practice is run like clock work, and very efficient with dealing with my insurance company after the successful procedure. Fast forward a few months on and Mallie unfortunately had a little escapade where she had to spent 12 hours in the vets to be monitored. Edhen made sure I was kept informed and talked me through the whole process of what would happen. During this day Mallie was under the watchful eye of Kate one of the vet nurses, Kate went above and beyond that day and her love for animals is so very clear. She made sure our Mallie was happy (which is quite a job as she is very nervous at the vets!) and also I was so reassured that Mallie was in the best hands. Nothing was too much trouble that day. So I honestly can’t speak highly enough, and any animal and owner that walks through those doors will be in the most capable of hands🐾

I want to share my incredibly positive experience of taking my much loved elderly dog Monty to Edhen vets for his last journey. Arriving at 08:30 with no appointment and so upset, Monty and I were treated with so much understanding and compassion. I could ask all the questions I wanted to, and was given all the time I needed. Edhen Vets had been recommended to me for end of life care, and I'm so grateful for that recommendation. I can't thank the lovely receptionist and our vet Megan enough.

We used this vets as we were away on holiday with our new puppy. (Just how it happened) She had her first check up there and a few weeks later her 2nd vaccination. They were all so accommodating and helpful. Nice polite cheerful kind staff. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them and many other vets could learn a lot from them. Well done everyone at Edhen you have been amazing.
