Kernow Veterinary Group, located in St Austell, is a veterinary clinic that offers a range of services including a Veterinary Nurse Training facility and emergency veterinary services with 24/7 or extended hours availability. This suggests a commitment to both professional development and urgent care, which are valuable attributes for a veterinary clinic.
However, the clinic does not have a positive online reputation based on available customer feedback. It currently holds a 1-star rating from a single review on Google Maps. This review, written by Jason Devereaux a year ago, recounts a negative experience with the clinic. Jason describes a visit where his dog's health concerns were not thoroughly addressed, as the vet allegedly failed to perform necessary tests, resulting in the misdiagnosis of the dog's condition. This led to a tragic outcome when his dog was later diagnosed with a ruptured spleen tumour at a different veterinary practice. Jason felt the vet's communication was rude and unhelpful, which significantly impacted his view of the clinic.
Given this feedback, prospective clients should approach Kernow Veterinary Group with caution and consider seeking additional reviews or recommendations. The clinic's offerings, such as emergency services and nurse training, indicate a potential for high-quality care, but the single available review highlights a serious lapse in service that should be considered when choosing a veterinary provider. Transparent pricing information was not available, so contacting the clinic directly for this information is advisable.

Went to the vets, due to my dog not being herself. Got told she was fat in quite a rude manor and snapping at me, saying not to give her treats as shes fat. Made me feel awful. My dog ended up collapsing 2 weeks after. Took her to a different vets to find she had a spleen tumour for the past few months and that it had ruptured. So I had no option but to put her to sleep. I feel if the vet had done the correct tests, we could had potentially started treatments. If I ever get a dog again, I most definitely won't be coming to this vets again!
